Staying mobile matters, especially as our bodies change with age or after rehab. Monday Morning Stretch (M&Ms) is a relaxed, low-intensity class designed for senior adults who want to move comfortably, ease stiffness, and maintain flexibility at a steady, manageable pace.
Each session focuses on simple stretches and movements that support balance, mobility, and overall wellness without feeling rushed or overwhelming. Whether you are continuing your recovery or simply want to keep moving, this class offers a welcoming space to care for your body and stay consistent.
Classes meet every Monday from 9:15–9:45am at The Branch, located at 7227 Bittersweet Moors Dr, 46814. The class is led by Craig Grow and is free to attend. To receive weekly reminders and updates, contact Amy Ault at aault@eccfw.org.
